Help! Mercury Is in Retrograde, What Can I Do?

A lot of you are having a hard time right now with Mercury in retrograde. Here are couple of tips to help you get through.
First, remember to take some deep breaths to help you to keep your internal balance. Give yourself a specific number of breaths to take - Three, five, seven, experiment to see what works best for you. This is simple and can be done at any time.
When Mercury is in retrograde it's especially important that you do this before any communication with others. It can help you keep from acting out of impatience or frustration and saying or doing things you will later regret.
Also, keep in mind that there is one thing that is always for certain--nothing stays the same. Whatever you are presently going through will transform into something else. When you feel that you are struggling with what is happening right now, remind yourself that it will end. Create that change as a positive by your own mindful presence.
